New NPC service: Toy Makers[edit]
Costume makers are special NPCs that create costumes for your characters. Once you have purchased a costume from the Guild Wars In-Game Store or the NCsoft Store, speak to a Costume Maker to receive your costumes. Once you have purchased a costume, any character on your account can wear it. Each character just needs to speak to the Costume Maker to receive a costume.
To prepare the minipet:
- Talk to any toy maker with a character who has a miniature in his or her inventory.
- Show the miniature to the toy maker (via the dialogue). Repeat for each minipet as necessary.
- The shown miniature will not be removed, but the toy maker will now be able to create it
To create minipets:
- Talk to any toy maker and choose the option to create a new miniature (each hat you create costs 10
).
- The list of miniature that you have already shown to a toy maker will show up. Select the one you want.
- The minipet will appear in your inventory (if there is a free slot) customized to the current character.

The first skill is always a light, spammable damage skill. The second and third skills are more powerful, and each of them is unique among the obtainable pieces, although some obtainable pieces share one of them with one of the nine unobtainable NPC-only pieces.
