Armor[edit]
Basic ranger armor provides up to a maximum of 70 armor, 5 extra energy, 1 extra energy recovery and 30 extra armor against elemental damage.
Insignia[edit]
Rangers can use either Core (meaning any profession) or Ranger-specific insignia. They are prefix upgrade components. Applying a new Insignia will overwrite the old Insignia. Insignia drop in all campaigns and must be extracted from salvage items. They may also be purchased from Rune Traders
Runes[edit]
The positive effects of attribute-adjusting runes do not stack with the effects of runes of the same attribute - the larger effect takes precedence. The negative effects of equipping several runes of the same attribute do stack. This reduction to player health from wearing redundant runes in this way is the basis of the 55 monk series of builds. An example of runes that do not stack is having two Superior Vigor runes on two different pieces of armor: the bonus to Health is still +50, not +100. On the other hand, two Runes of Vitae would stack for a net bonus of +20.

Attribute Bonus[edit]
An attribute bonus is an armor function that provides an attribute +1 bonus. This bonus is only available on headgear. It is available on armor from all campaigns.

Skills[edit]
Before the first character on an account, no skills are initially available. As a PvE character progresses through the game, they learn skills as listed below. When a skill is learned, it is known to that character, and at the same time unlocked on that account. All unlocked skills can be used by all PvP characters and Heros on the same account. PvE-only skills can be learned, but never unlocked. Skill trainers each have a unique set of skills for sale, but also list all an account's unlocked skills for that campaign.
