User:Manifold/Enemy attack damage range and damage type

  • For the first ones I did I was not recording max with and without crits.
  • Criticals determined with Textmod.
  • Hostile creatures seem to be the same as pets and minions with criticals - it is whatever damage happens to be rolled * 1.414, instead of maximum weapon damage * 1.414. There seem to be a couple of exceptions, like Wallows.
  • Chaos, holy, and dark are assumed based on creature class, projectile appearance, and not being physical or elemental.
  • There are undoubtedly some lower minimums and higher maximums, some damages are very "rare", especially staff and wand criticals.

All damage is against a level 20 with 60 armor. Numbers represent auto-attacks only.

Potentially interesting observations[edit]

  • At least the eotn skale all have cold damage attacks.
  • Oni have extremely high damage daggers.
  • Avalanche were probably copy+pasted from Sandstorm Crag (assuming they deal earth damage), and the earth damage was not changed. However, Stone Shard Crags seem to do physical.
  • Why do Jotun Mindbreakers have such powerful weapons?
  • I didn't expect casters' randomly spawned weapons to determine their attack damage type. The fact that melee weapons can spawn with elemental damage, at least rarely, is interesting too.
  • Enchanted Brambles have a ridiculously tiny range of damage.
