Here is my favourite Elementalist PvE build:

I tend to use it for farming in Gates of Kryta in Hard Mode. The Grasping Ghouls and Hellhound barely make a scratch on your armour, as long as your enchantments are kept up...

Here is my favourite Elementalist PvP build:

This is fantastic to use with other Elementalists using this build. They can hold up well against most damage and they can effectively spike using Obsidian Flame.
