Nyktos Beastslayer was born in Ascalon City. At age 14, he began training with an axe, which he showed great proficiency with. At age 18, he joined the Ascalon Army in the fight against the Charr. Along with Prince Rurik, he defeated Vatlaaw Doomtooth. After the Searing, he helped lead the Ascalon Refugees across the Shiverpeaks into Kryta, and later joined with the Shining Blade to fight against the White Mantle and Mursaat. After discoverin that he was a Chosen, he travelled to the Crystal Desert to Ascend. He later went with several other members of the Shining Blade to the Ring of Fire Islands, where he defeated the Lich Lord.
Later, he travelled to Cantha with Mhenlo at the request of Master Togo, where he joined in the fight against the Afflicted in Kaineng City. He travelled to Nahpui Quarter, where he became Weh no Su in order to fight Shiro Tagachi.
