Reason for Buffs/Nerfs/Reverts: The BLS nerf makes very little sense. A conditional lead attack is the very definition of terrible. I am still unsure why it was even nerfed; haven’t we already decided that BLS is not overpowered? HotO was a key element in many Assassin builds and another bad nerf that should be reverted. Augury is perhaps one of the most imbalanced skills in the game. It is particularly useful in HA, where spike teams flourish. Not only that, but the duration and cost of the skill is unbelievable. The DW functionality needs to be removed. Recall is currently broken and for the most part unusable. So far, the only viable option is to make it so that recall enchants both the user and the target, making enchantment stripping a more viable option.
