Reason for Buffs/Nerfs/Reverts: Ever since the introduction of Nightfall, Elementalists have been capable of dealing an extraordinary amount of AoE DPS and pressure. RI and SF are perfect examples of this. Mind Blast is now the equivalent of infinite energy. Any utility is easily subsidized by it. This needs minor correction. Now that the conjures do not eat RoF, no one cares about them. A new solution needs to be found if they ever want to see use/play. Now Gale and Shell Shock could add a great deal of depth to the game, however some things need be taken into consideration before any buffs are performed:

• Gale-lock was/is utterly gay. We need it to be usable, but not “spammable”.
