The following skills are the best skills that can be used in PvE. Any efficient PvE skill bar has at least one of them, often more.

If you have played a lot to the game, you probably know of them. If you don't have much experience with Guild Wars, these are the skills you should know about (and choose to use or not) :

1) Shadow Form Shadow Form (SF) :

For as long as you want you are immune to spells and you take less damage. Great synergy with Shroud of Distress Shroud of Distress to also block attacks and get health regeneration.

2) Pain Inverter Pain Inverter (PI) :

The next time target foe casts an AoE damaging spell, he dies. A staple skill.

3) Signet of Spirits Signet of Spirits (SoS) :

For 0 energy, you have three spirits ready to do whatever you want. A SoS rit can kill almost any group of foes on its own (and provided it has enough room).

4) "You Move Like a Dwarf!" "You Move Like a Dwarf!" (YMLAD):

Your foe is instantly knocked down (and therefore interrupted) and takes damage. You laugh at melee foes. Another staple skill.

10) "Save Yourselves!" "Save Yourselves!" (SY) :

For 6 seconds, your team is almost immune to armor-respecting damage. A staple skill if you are an attacker.

11) Unyielding Aura Unyielding Aura (UA) :

12) Protective Spirit Protective Spirit :

Now you can kill foes who normally one-shot you.
