Guild Image: Gw419.jpg[edit]

The image you recently uploaded (Image:Gw419.jpg) does not comply with the Guild Wars Wiki image naming policy and has been tagged for deletion. Please feel free to re-upload the image under a correct name. Thanks, -FireFox File:Firefoxav.png 05:03, 27 May 2007 (UTC)

Don't undo the delete tag. You need to upload a new version of your cape with the correct name. -- File:Blackgeneralstar.png (General | Talk) 05:35, 27 May 2007 (UTC)
Again, do NOT remove the delete-tags from Image:Gw419.jpg. Eventually, if you persist, this might lead to consequences. -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 03:23, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
What would be the right type of name? Alimar
Since it would be for your guild, it would belongs to the guild policy. Proper naming for it would be something like this: Guild <guildname> <imagename>.jpg. For this picture it would be: Guild The Tyrians cape.jpg. -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 03:32, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks very much for the patience, this is a first in doing something on Guild Wiki. Thanks again. Alimar
(3x edit conflict) I've updated the image for you, so no more need to worry. =) — Rapta (talk|contribs) 03:36, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
How did you change just the name. I looked at it and I could not figure out how you did that. Thanks for updating the picture. Alimar
You are welcome! And don't hesitate to contact anyone on the list GWW:HELPERS if you have any more questions. Also check out the Help center, a lot of useful info and links there. -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 03:38, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks. Alimar
What Rapta did, was re-upload your image with the proper name and modifying your guild-page to look at the new image. The old one still exists, until it gets deleted by a sysop.
Another thing: may I suggest that you use the colon (:) to indent your comments? Just use 1 additional colon compared to the previous comment on a talkpage. And also try to keep your comments at the 'end of the line', i.e. don't place them in between 'conversations'. -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 04:15, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the advice. Also just to see if I used the policy right, could you look at the image I just loaded and see if I did it right? Thanks, Alimar
I see we have a quick learner! It looks good to me. -- CoRrRan (CoRrRan / talk) 04:25, 30 May 2007 (UTC)
Thanks for the compliment! ^_^ Can I call on you for later help? Alimar
