I'll copy/paste my email response to you, here, in case it reaches you faster:

I'm going to guess that your problem is not with the wiki, but instead with your actual Guild Wars account? If this is the case, you should be aware that the admins on the wiki are NOT part of Guild Wars, ArenaNet or NCsoft. We are simply players of the game which help to build/maintain the wiki.

We CAN offer advice though. I suggest that you do a couple of things. First, read our FAQ which we have set up for such situations. If you have read that, and you are unable to get anywhere, I suggest that you Contact Support , which IS part of ArenaNet (the makers of Guild Wars). You will get an automated reply from them, and later an official response (probably on Monday or Tuesday, depending on when you start this process). IF somehow NONE of this works, and you have tried to work with support, you can always contact Gaile to see if she can look into thing. Always do the first two steps before contacting her.
