Not worth it to take... Fairly weak heal every 15secs

Suggestion

Move to Healing Prayers.

This way, Healer's Boon will affect it and it will be great to counter pressure.

Or...

Make all affected by it healed by Divine Favor as well

To make it easy to read, "All other allies withing earshot are healed for (15+3)...(51+38)...(60+48) health. The caster is healed for 15...51...60 health."

In addition to either of these, up the energy cost to 10.
