My Solo Toons

My solo LDoA W in the Crystal Desert

To make the game new and interesting, and to get a better feel of the difference between professions, I'm playing a couple of "iron" variants:

The Solo Prophecies account

In this account (which has the 3 chapters + EOTN), I play 6 prophecies toons as if there aren't any other players in the server (no partying, no trading, no traders), and without heroes, henchmen, or /bonus items. Current progress:

• W: LDoA, Crystal Desert, both noob-islands. Completed Elona Reach, next are Dunes and Thirsty.
• N / Me / E / Mo: LDoAs, on their way to LA.
• R: In pre.

In case you're wondering, this means that I do allow: Storage and resource sharing between toons, skipping between continents, skill trainers, PvE skills, special event content, cons that I get myself, armorers. Also, since Zaishen quests are allowed, it is technically possible to get any non-pve skill via balth flames and tomes (But I haven't done that yet). I also haven't exploited unlocked skills in any way yet.

The Solo Rit

The Solo Rit is similar to that, but:

• Is played on my main account, so:
  • No storage
  • All skills already unlocked (And ZCoins will be used)
• Is allowed to use traders (As it will probably focus on Tyria and so that "no storage" will not become hell).

Make your own challenge

Things you need to decide in order to make your own solo challenge:

• How solo is it? No players / heroes / hench / imp / other summoning stones? Can it join other players doing the same challenge?
• Can it use resources from other players/toons? Traders / money / mats / other items? From anywhere or from your toons doing the same challenge?
• Can it get account-wide benefits? Unlocked skills (via trainers or tomes), salvage bonus, lockpicks retention bonus, faction, HM, bonus items?
• Can it use (self acquired) cons, Zaishen quests, gotts, special events quests/items, PvE skills?
• Is it limited in skills somehow? (Like no secondary)
• Does it have to play campaigns by some order?
• Does it have to get LDoA to get out of Pre Searing?
