Description[edit]
This library of builds was designed to allow a player to play any role (damage, support, or utility) regardless of what profession they were using. Because of the inclusion of PvE-only skills and certain timing on skill chains these build are only recommended for players and not heroes.
My initial terms of "support" and "utility" were rather vague so I threw them out and instead used "protection" and "other". The protection category is anything that directly keeps the team alive (such as healing or buffing the team to prevent damage). The "other" category is anything that doesn't fit in either of the other two; things that help the team but aren't protection (such as energy management or damage buffs) or debuffs on the enemies (such as interupts or condition spreading).
The rules for this challenge are as follows:
- one damage build for each of the 10 primary professions
- one protection build for each of the 10 primary professions
- one "other" build for each of the 10 primary professions
- any use of secondary professions or PvE-only skills are allowed
- requiring specific equipment and/or upgrades is allowed, but discouraged

Usable on heroes as well. Is effective at low levels due to symbolic strike bonus damage being based off of signets not attribute levels. Both attack skills are generic "melee attack" and not tied to any particular weapon. Defy Pain is optional, but was helpful for keeping the hero alive.

The spirit effects happen in the order they were summoned, so ALWAYS cast the spirits in the order Displacement -> Shelter -> Union. Displacement stops attacks outright that would have triggered Shelter and Union. Shelter lowers the damage to a point where Union might not trigger. You can opt to not cast any of the spirits, but for the ones you DO cast make sure they stay in the same order.
