i noticed that when u cast it it makes the same sound it would if u would cast reserval of fortune and accept a quest reward
I don't understand why people don't use this skill more. It removes ALL conditions from someone, has low energy and quick casting time. Furthermore, it is not linked to any atribute, so It could be thrown into a build that dosn't really use a second atribute on a team that is somewhat lacking in condition removal. --174.130.13.112 20:19, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
It can be pretty useful in some areas (random arenas) in conjunction with draw conditions as both have a very quick cast time.--Four Year Strong 20:28, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
It has a 20-second cooldown and doesn't heal. User Felix Omni Signature.pngelix Omni 21:38, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
1/4s cast makes up for it. You're not going to use this skill to pull poison bleed, it's there to pull big stacks of covered DW+crip+degen or daze on yourself. Quick cast means everything in arenas since you're operating alone as a monk; there's no redundancy to catch you when you fuck up/get shit on. For that reason, quick casting spells (especially ones that can pull covered DW/daze/cripple) will often be better than slower-casting skills with big heals.--Four Year Strong 21:56, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
The recharge is unacceptable in almost all cases. They will just put a big condition stack again and you can do nothing. User ***EAGLEMUT*** Signature.png ***EAGLEMUT*** TALK 22:12, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
Read what i posted before making a conclusion. You run purge on an RA monk bar in combination with draw conditions and vigorous spirit(plus woh, patient, cure hex, and two stances). Draw is your primary condition removal. Normally you'll just let conditions sit on yourself and rely on disciples to just absorb damage. When under heavy pressure with covered cripple/daze/DW you use purge to clean yourself. Therefore the recharge isn't an inhibition b/c purge is only there as an emergency button to get out of tight spots. The short casting time makes it more useful than mending touch or any other condition removal because it allows you to clear all your conditions, get the cast off through daze (or between knocks since most players in RA can't achieve a true qknock), and you have plenty of redbar already so healing removals are unnecessary. Please don't make bad conclusions when r11 glad koreans have been using this skill for years xD--Four Year Strong 23:02, 23 June 2011 (UTC)
I still like this skill--Hubbard Strength of Honor.jpg The Guardian 22:11, 4 July 2014 (UTC)
