This image is a photo that I, myself, have taken of a piece of artwork done by Mieko Kawazoe, my sister and former guildie who has gone on to found Maison Du Chat Noir [Cats] . Permission to use this image has been properly obtained.
The chain-mail wall hanging pictured here consists of approximately 14,000 individually placed 3/8" rings. Mieko, in the really real world, spent about 90 days or so working on this project.
