In the middle of the square you see a number of neutral Canthans and a resurrection shrine, - there is also an odd sewage channel plopped right in the middle of the square with stairways leading to the sewage canal below. Directly under some dragon's head sewage pipes above, there are staris you can run down to splash in the sewage. Under these dragon's heads, in the sewage, towards the eastern edge of the canal is the spot where Lou will spawn. His appearance must be triggered by a nearby approach. Otherwise you will see nothing in the square other than the nearby friendly Canthans. --Rpger 19:06, 9 August 2009 (UTC)
