Hmm, is this Cabal boots or Fanatic? This white tip is on both, but the silvery buckles seems to indicate the undyed version of Fanatic. Yet, the icons in the dat are mostly dyed red for Necromancer, so I'm thinking it may be Cabal, but there aren't any long silver parts on that.
