It is not used on any Page in the Wiki. See here. I also checked the Help Page you specified and its not used on that Page either. It may've been used there in the Past and that Topic in which it have been used have been deleted because it's already been answered in the FAQ. Even if the image is unused, if the user asks for it not to be deleted, we don't delete it. We delete orphaned images that aren't used and aren't intended for future use either. -- Brains12 \ talk 18:11, 15 January 2009 (UTC)
