- While sounding good in general, all it would take is one dishonest person to steal the guild's 'hard earned' items. Added individual storage boxes that could be purchased with in-game money would be a better idea, but at this point in the game, that's unlikely to happen either.--209.194.208.116 18:19, 31 December 2008 (UTC)
- Maybe this can be solved in that way, that only officers and the leader can reach this storage and guild will choose officers carefully. -- ALeZ1027 16:34, 01 January 2009 (UTC)
- Because none of our elected politicians have EVER stolen from us before. LOL Sorry, but it just leaves it open for someone to steal the guild's belongings.--209.194.208.116 20:27, 13 January 2009 (UTC)
- You can always impose limits on withdrawals, wheteher it's money or items. Only the guild leader can set and modify such limits.Thecount
- Be a bit optimist, it would be great, however if some guild officers are so stupid to select other members, who they do not trust, to be officers as well than thats they fault. This would work great in my guild for example and a in a lot more I can say it. -- ALeZ1027 15:52, 19 January 2009 (UTC)
- This is music to my ears. In guilds that are close-knit groups, having storage space for people to drop items to share with guild members would be fantastic. Of course, there is always room for abuse, but it would have to be up to the discretion of the guild's members to put items in there that they are OK with people taking. In the old guild I co-ran, we had a whole account full of storage characters holding items, weapon mods, materials, and so forth in order for guildies to be able to take. Perhaps a "guild storage log" could be implemented, which would record any deposits or withdrawals from said storage box. Though I could see the potential for abusive use of the box, such as if a guild member has a fight with the other members, he could pull a bunch of items out and leave, thereby robbing the guild.
