Create Better Banning System

If u remember how you persuaded the court in Istan from the NF campaign, you could almost recreate that into the banning system. If reported enough you would be called to Banning Court with an ArenaNet employee character as judge and some people who reported you would be called to testify. While you try to persuade the judge, there would be a discussion of proper probation if found guilty.

Why this is a good idea

*This would be a good idea because you could hear both sides of the story
*You would stop the sensless banning going on in the GW community
*It would let the GW community know that ArenaNet is truly involved in the happenings

Why it may not work out

*You may not always be called to the court depending on the report subject
*People might do this just for some way to waste time
