ArenaNet:Personal Information Removal

You can update or remove some of your Personally Identifiable Information (PII) by logging in to your account and changing or removing any existing values for the Real Name and Email Address fields of your profile. To do so, log in to your account and go to your preferences page. From there you can do the following:

• Change or remove (leave the field empty) the Real name field in the top Basic information section.
• Change or remove your email address in the bottom Email options section.

Note that if you remove your email address, you will no longer be able to take advantage of certain wiki features such as watchlist change notifications. Your ability to use the wiki is otherwise not affected by removing your email address or the name you set in the Real name field.

If, after following the preceding steps, you still have PII in the wiki that you would like removed, such as a username that contains your real name, you can:

• Reply to an existing ticket.
• Submit a new ticket.
• Email privacy@arena.net.
