Palm Strike and touch skills are too powerful!

Issue

This skill is way too powerful, because...

- it counts as off-hand attack

- it cripples

- its low recast and energy costs

- it is a touch skill, which can´t be blocked and blindness does not help too

Suggestion

General:

Touch skills are too powerful because there is no way to counter them

therefore i suggest that touch skills should be affected by blindness.

Palm Strike:

Crippling should be replaced by a random condition like Desperation Blows

Recast or energy cost should be increased
