Issue

If I have a target, this spell acts as if I am casting Heart of Shadow on that target (presumably to get the 'shadowstep away' effect of the recent update). This means that Vow of Silence causes this spell to fail, for example. I have not had a chance to test vs other spell negating enchantments like Spell Breaker. I am curious if this is by design?

Suggestion

Since the target isn't being impacted by the spell, why should the healing fail? Not game breaking since the issue is easily worked around by changing target or targeting self.
