Issue
Allows for unlimited canceling of skills until you happen to get a faster cast.
Suggestion
Rework it so it works like the Attunements currently work, but then with a 100% return of the base energy. The max return energy then would be something like 10...16...18. This way the energy management stays intact, while the problem is solved.
