Issue

Damage is bad for the energy cost. Damage is only comparable to Rodgort's Invocation, except without the AoE, while the energy cost and cast time are the same. Rodgort's only has a marginally worse recharge.

Suggestion

Reduce energy to 15. Since this would become more powerful than Lightning Orb, give Lightning Orb an adjacent AoE.
