Creates weird balancing issues

Issue

Causes skills to get nerfed and other balancing issues due to having 2 elites at once, even for only 1/4 of the time.

Suggestion

10e 2s 20r "For 20 seconds, Arcane Mimicry becomes target foe's elite skill."

• The 2 second time means that monks cannot use it as effectively to grab elite skills.
