- Issue
- Essentially useless. Any intelligent or semi-intelligent target would stop casting when they realized their energy was being sucked away. It has no greater power than Power Leech in terms of energy stolen, but is defensive rather than offensive, and provides no interrupt. Finally, there is no way to entice an enemy into casting on you unless that enemy is an AI, and even then, it involves allowing the mesmer to tank, which is bad.
- Suggestion
- Complete rework. Change functionality to: 5e/1c/15r Enchantment. For 3...9...10 seconds, whenever you cast a spell, you steal 1...6...7 energy from one random foe in the area. Essentially, an elite Channeling that steals energy rather than merely causing you to gain it. But you still have to be up close for it to do anything, and it's a random foe, not the nearest, so you can't focus the energy denial if there are multiple targets.
Overpowered with Some Combine
- Issue
- Me/E water magic spams snare with everlasting energy. A/Me or Me/A with deadly art combo spiking anything in 4-ppl team pvp without energy management.
- Suggestion
