Okay, it's my first time doing this, so please forgive the sloppiness. Anywho, Healer's Covenant is underpowered. You get penalized twice (by lost pip of energy and -25% healing power), while you only gain 3 energy per spell. Compared to HB, it's supposed to be at the opposite end of the spectrum function-wise, but falls short. HB used to be maintained, but now is not. HC only has a few skills that can get a real use out of the elite

Simple suggestion, the maintaining of the spell could be removed. More complicated suggestion

the aforementioned function could take place, as well as a "twice as fast cast," or similar buff to keep up with HB.
