Issue
No reason to run this for Monks, because there are better e-management skills on secondary class and it is outclassed as elite by energy efficient spells like WoH and ZB.
Suggestion
"Elite Enchantment Spell. For 10...40...50 seconds, you gain +1...3...4 Energy regeneration. Peace and Harmony ends if you cast a spell that targets a foe, or if you deal damage to a foe." 5* Energy / 0.75* Activation time / 15* Recharge time. Sounds like a big buff but it shouldn't be OP, because it can be easily removed and I've changed it into a self target spell. Also duration got a huge reduction and I increased recharge a bit to make ench. remove more effective.

"Elite Skill. For 0...12...15 seconds, You gain +0...10...12 Health regen, +1...5...6 Energy regen and +24 armour. This skill ends if you move, Attack or use a skill. ." 5Energy, 12Recharge time

Basically You gain energy regen while the health regen and + armour to help you not die. Perhaps increase the health regen or armour to increase survivability. When you use the skill you stop auto attacking and moving to stop an auto cancel.

Spread the love. :D
Serves as general energy renewal as well as a damn good cover enchantment factory.

+1 energy regeneration? Useless! I can get better energy regeneration with Ether Signet.

Outclasses by non-elite Ether Signet.

"For 60 seconds, whenever you use a spell on your allies, you gain 0...2...3 energy. Attribute:Divine Favor"

Elite Enchantment Spell. (15...51...60 seconds.) Target ally gains +20 armor, +2...4...5 health regeneration and +2 energy regeneration. Peace and Harmony ends if that ally casts a spell that targets a foe or deals damage to a foe. (5e / 1/4c / 15r)
Reason
Makes Peace and Harmony much more useful, providing well of power/restful breeze-style health regeneration and energy regeneration. The energy cost is recovered after 8 seconds of being enchanted. In optimum cases, the energy pool never reaches its maximum and 10...35 energy will be regenerated over 15...51 seconds
