Maiming spear needs to have a longer recharge time, 5 sec is not enough when you have players using skills that reduce this to 1 sec or less and can pound the crap out of you and you can't do anything. I don't know of anything that can be used as fast as this skill can in Jade Quarry. Even if the skill is only different for PvP it would help to balance it out better. As I have stated it can be used to fast when combined with other skill time reduction spells and skills. The player being pounded by this skill is unable to do anything and I mean anything.
