ArenaNet:Skill feedback/Paragon/Stunning Strike

Seldomly used skill, slight buff.

Issue/Topic

Stunning Strike has the highest adrenal cost of 10. Paras aren't very common, and most tend to be support with slight pressure. This would help bring spear attacks on par with other weapons.

Suggestion

Double the projectile speed of this, and/or lower cost to 8 adrenaline.
