Problems of Necromancers Downed Mechanics And my Solutions

Ok, so far from what I've seen is, When A Necromancer gets downed, they enter Death Shroud automatically, giving them the ability to attempt to kill foes using their life force. Should they run out of life force before killing a foe, they will enter a defeated state. The skills in Death Shroud are more effective than other professions' downed skills, and you can move around whilst doing so.

BUT (this is a big but) If you have very little life force on your life force bar, and you get downed. The Necro will die extremely quickly, and not giving Necros a fair chance to rally back up. Unlike other professions where their "consciousness meter" or regular downed state bar will be full, which indicates the time remaining in the downed state, starts full.

So heres an example of a bad scenario: A Necro has very little life force, he gets downed, and dies right after, just because he decided to use the Death Shroud earlier on in battle. And has no chance to rally. My proposed solution is this. Necros should go into a Regular downed state like other professions, and should be given weaker downed skills like other professions as well. BUT Necros will have 5 downed skills. The 5th will be the ability to go into Death Shroud.

So lets say the Necro gets downed, but he has very little life force, so he ends up choosing to fight while in a regular downed state because he has soo little life-force, because it will be pointless to use it, coz he'll just get defeated quickly.

Another example would be if the Necro has a full life force bar and he gets downed. He chooses to go into Death Shroud, but if his life force were to be depleted, he would not go back into the regular downed state, he would just be defeated. (Because it would be too Over-powered, and thus giving him a fair consequence for choosing whether to use death shroud or not from a regular downed state)

Bottom-line is that when Necros are downed, they should have a choice to make a last stand being in the regular downed state, or use Death Shroud, depending on how much life force he has.

In either case, he would be given a fair chance to rally, whether it's from a regular downed state, or Death Shroud.

That way he would be given a fair chance to rally. This would be especially important in PvP, considering the difficulty of building up life force when perhaps only a few players will be around to die and the fact they would be hard to kill. Because all other opposing players could be like "Lets kill the Necro before he has a chance to build life-force and it'll be easy because he won't have a chance to rally, HAHAH" kinda unfair if you ask me.

Hope ArenaNet sees this, THANKS :) _______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Here are some of my suggestions for Necromancer Regular Downed Skills

1. Summon Hands of Grenth, The player will be surrounded by the Hands of Grenth (it'll look something like this http://wiki.guildwars2.com/images/2/2e/Professions_reveal_necromancer_highlighted.png) which one damage enemies surrounding the player. (Downed skills 2. and 3. cannot be performed without doing 1.)

2. Grenth's Embrace, The Hands of Grenth will wrap around/hug the player encasing the player like the cacoon, reducing damage.

3. Hands of Acid, Every time the player uses this skill the Hands of Grenth will throw one acid projectile, poisoning the target.

4. Blood Clot, the player's "consciousness meter" or "downed state bar" will stop degenerating for a short amount of time. (Ofcourse these skills could be toned down or won't be very strong considering they are only downed skills)

5. This fifth skill will be the ability to go into Death Shroud, and somewhere near it would be the life force bar for the player to see.
