There could be a funny title in the game: the deaths title. The idea is simple: you progress in this title each time you die. There is no reason why bad player could not progress in something. :) The counterpart is that this title could be rather easily farmed, but no more than playing in Jade quarry for Kurzick/Luxon, of buying golds for wisdom, food & drinks, etc.
