The ability to be part of several guilds at the same time is a huge improvement, and I love that Idea. I personally play with two guilds at the same time and I love the idea to not have to choose between them. However I can only chat with the guild I am currently representing. In GW1 it was not the problem because we had alliances and an alliance channel.
What I suggest is to be able to choose which guilds you include in your tabs. Since you can create and customize your chat tabs I think this is pretty doable, and a nice thing to do.
