The underwear needs to be as realistic as possible, meaning not only various color palettes but interesting textures and shapes, it's disappointing to see such a polished game not to feature this kind of things and just add some generic loincloth or plain white underwear.

Even if undergarments aren't meant to be shown most of the time, it's always featured with some skirts and when you undress your character, further customization of the underwear would be optimal, but I understand that would be too much to ask, so simply adding nice looking broidery and lace in various colors would add a lot to the character appeal.
