Foul Feast should be nerfed for PvP. Its casting time and recharge time are far too short; there is no way to counter it. Raise the casting to at least half a second and recharge to maybe 8 or 10 seconds. And maybe even add sacrifice. A Monk with a Foul Feast Necro can pretty much stay condition free the entire time of a match. Or nerf Plague Sending.
