I currently own 16 characters across 2 accounts. I'm planning on buying a few more slots soon.
I keep a collection of rare and special weapons I've come across, plus collectibles for every useful max weapon in the game, stacks of materials, and an ever increasing army of miniatures, a giant stash of consumables for fun and combat, not to mention multiple armor sets for each character.
This makes shuffling my inventory a strange pain, that requires a lot of logging in and out, and character switching.
It really would make more sense if there was a way, from the character select screen, to access the inventory of every character I have that has xunlai storage access. All I'm ultimately doing is using the xunlai box to swap items from person to person, the various pvp-only ones playing mule to certain sets(like the "collectibles from elona" collection), but it still requires logging in and out several times, upwards of 10 or 12, just to sort it out.
There's no reason for that, and it causes undue server load, just for me to handle it(and I know I'm not alone, other guildies do it all the time... I'm just a bit worse than most).
If we could access the x-box from the character select screen, as well as the inventories there of, it'd make life much simpler, and would make the often confusing mess of 1,000-ish inventory slots I own MUCH easier to handle and organize.
I've tried various ways to keep track of everything, but the frequency with which I need to move things around means that, short of making/finding a 3rd party program to track it for me, it's never going to be overly useful for long.
I'm not sure how technically complex this request is, but if it is feasible, it only makes sense to have it. I'm tired of loading screens! Please!
