Players already discriminate based on titles, so the game really should too.

Similar to how shiverpeaks arena, for example, is level-locked(nobody above 15), there really should be n00b arenas of some sort, locked by title power, several, with increasing requirements.

Everyone could still go to the "full" arena, but until they're ready for that, they could hang out in the lower ones, which should have a lock based on total pvp title power... Say, the first one is nobody with more than 3 total pvp title ranks(for example, someone who's hero 2 and commander 1 would fit, but someone who's commander 2 and gladiator 2 would not).

This would give the newbies a place to cut their teeth, without being shredded constantly by high-end pvpers.

The titles involved in the calculations should include gamer, champion, codex, gladiator, hero, commander, and luxon/kurzick ranks.

The luxon/kurzick ranks should only count as half a rank, though, as not everyone builds those up through pvp, but they still require some combat skill to achieve.

Some example Logical levels would be:

3(so that a person can have r1 in a few titles and still play there)
7(more than r1 in a few, r1 in most)
12(high r in 1 or 2 types)
17(possibly max r of 1 title, or medium r of several)
25(multiple high r titles)
35(atleast r5 in every single title, or several maxed titles)

I'm not sure there's any overly-useful amounts after that. Obviously, any numbers that make better sense would be welcomed, but the base idea seems needed.
