Feedback:User/Bearheals/Mesmer utility skill: Clone Swap

And by "Clone Swap" I mean, you would target one of your clones, use the ability, and you would immediately switch places with them without any visual effects. This would open up a whole new field of strategies, and would add to the whole "Chaos" aspect of the class, because your enemy would have no idea where the "real you" was. Of course, this ability would have to have a decent cooldown time to prevent it from being too overpowered...but this is something I've wanted since the beginning for the Mesmer class.

Because of the inability to target allies (assuming this includes clones), this ability could be ground-targeted and you could target beneath the clone you want to swap with.

Having an ability like this would give the player the option of "pretending to be a clone", because the current setup makes it pretty obvious which mesmer is the real one, because it's the only one using the 2-5 weapon skills and dodging. With the Clone Swap, you can swap with one and "blend in" forcing your enemy to tear up all the clones to find you, while he is being damaged by the clones and whatever conditions. This would also make the Shatter abilities more effective versus any type of class... Versus Melee: After you Clone Swap and proceed to "blend in" as a clone, it forces your melee enemy to get in close range of a clone, giving a clever Mesmer two options: 1) allowing your foe to destroy it and thus be affected by the traits that cause conditions/damage upon killing a clone...or 2) performing a shatter, causing damage/daze/confusion/ and then of course revealing your true position. Versus Ranged: It seems at the moment it is difficult to Shatter succesfully against a ranged user, because they can and should be constantly running away from any clones. With Clone Swap, you yourself can run into melee range of your enemy, and then perform a Clone Swap, followed by a quick Shatter. This is, of course, for confusion stackers or when you need a quick Stun effect, otherwise you would just be using Shatter: Reflect versus a ranged user anyway.
