Feedback:User/BlazeRick/Hex Eater Signet

In it's current state, Hex Eater Signet is impractical and has seen (little to) no use. There is no other Hex Removal that requires touch range. And to get the bonus effect, 3 or more people need to be adjacent to eachother - which is asking for trouble. My suggestion would be to change the skill in one of the following ways:

Suggestion #1[edit]

Hex Eater Signet Hex Eater Signet 1 Activation time20 Recharge time Functionality changed to: Signet Target ally loses one Hex. If a Hex is removed in this way, target ally and allies nearby your target gain 1...2...2 Energy.

Suggestion #2[edit]

Hex Eater Signet Hex Eater Signet 1 Activation time20 Recharge time Functionality changed to: Signet. Target ally and up to 0...2...3 allies nearby your target each lose one Hex. You gain 1...3...4 Energy for each Hex removed this way.

Notes[edit]

  • The first suggestion is inspired by Hex Eater Vortex and Shatter Hex. It may a bit Paragonesque, which is why I have made an alternate suggestion.
  • The numbers suggested might be a bit off. The scaling of the energy gain in the second suggestion should coincide with Inspired Hex to prevent free, exceptional energy management for Monks.
  • While making these suggestions, I have kept counters in thought. Shame might not be able to stop this, but hard interrupts will. Complicate will have the potential of disabling Signet of Rejuvenation in the progress. I also figured that Monks could be cut some slack when facing a Power Block Mesmer.
  • Because of the advantages of a Signet over a Spell, it will have a greater recharge than your average Hex removal Spell.
