Functionality changed to: Spell. Interrupts a spell or chant. Interruption effect: Target foe loses 1...6...7 energy and is hexed with Price of Pride. For 6 seconds, the next time target foe uses an elite skill, it takes +1...10...12 second[s] to recharge.
I don't like passive skills. Especially not if they are as weak as this one is. There is no reason anyone would take this spell over say, Power Leak or Shame. So I decided to mix PLeak with Signet of Humility. The plus is that it is now an interrupt (which can also be a downside given Sig of Humi's ability) and the downsides are it's recharge and the fact that it is not as powerful as either of beforementioned skills.
