Why is it that if I wish to purchase anything from the "In-game Store" at the login screen, I have to be registered with PlayNC (NCSOFT). As we all know, doing this removes your ability to change you game Login info, should you wish to do so from time to time. This effectively reduces your ability to keep your account secured by 50%. If anyone knows or guesses your login email, they only need work out the password to access the account. Further to this, and to make matters worse, PlayNC absolutely refuses to change the Login email address for you. Once you have made the account with PlayNC, they refuse to release you from it, even though they have replied to me that they could, "But wouldn't".

I will Not subject myself to this, nor will most of those I play with. Hence, as a serious gamer, I am unable to upgrade my many accounts. This is not only frustrating for me, but also financially detrimental to Anet / NCsoft. Why can't we just buy from the store and have the Slots, Storage, and game upgades just added to our account, without PlayNC registration requirements, or alternatively have PlayNC allow us to change our login from time to time. This Really needs to be fixed.
