This is an idea that stemmed from the fact that Assassins only have two regeneration skills available in PvP. It is my understanding that elite skills are supposed to be either unique or superior versions of other skills. Shadow Shroud is unique, in that it prevents enchantments from others. In my opinion, the effect doesn't fit the name. I propose this change:

Shadow Shroud Shadow Shroud 5 Energy1 Activation time20 Recharge time Elite Enchantment Spell (1...12...15 seconds). You have +1...8...10 health regeneration and +0...16...20 armor. You blind adjacent foes for 1...8...10 seconds. You are blinded for 12...6...5 seconds when this enchantment ends.

My reasons? First is reguarding Feigned Neutrality and Shadow Refuge. Neutrality has a limited range of uses, as it ends upon using a skill(I understand it's used as an escape skill). Refuge is usually the skill-of-choice for an Assassin, as it is the only quick regeneration skill available to the profession. Granted, Refuge must be used predictably, as you get a bonus for attacking. Second, it occurs to me that while there are many skills in the Shadow Arts line to be used for escape; only a select few are used when you're trying to engage the enemy. Shadow Shroud, in my opinion, should allow for an Assassin to gain an upper hand in a close-quarters situation.
