Issue:

• Energy cost too high, hard to maintain, as it limits mobility, a key resource in gw.

Suggestion:

• Reduce energy cost to 15.

With reducing the energy cost, maintaining it won't be necessary, as one will have the required energy to relatively easily recast it.
