Dialog to list quests not accepted yet

Guild Wars is quite old now and we'll have to wait another year or so for GW2. I guess it'll be nice to have a dialog somewhere where I can see what quests are still available, and eventually (especially because of Nightfall where one doesn't even see quests if the right hero is not in the group e.g. Vehjin Mines/Master of Whispers) what hero is neccessary. Simple list like:
Ouest-NPC-Name - Area - hero
Shouldn't be to hard to implement and would give a lot of users something to do :)
