New Rank for Title "Kind of a big deal"

Since it's easy these days to obtain the title "God Walking Amongst Mere Mortals" for Maxed titles rank it would be nice to add a new title for hard working people (like me) that have reached 35 max titles (something like "God of Gods"). Reaching 35 titles is a lot harder than 30, so a special title would be a motivation for some players and should be quite easy to implement! My second char already has 26 titles and will also reach 35...
