I would like to suggest that a report button be added to mail, to flag the mail for ArenaNet to review. This would reduce gold sellers spamming people through mail and also work as a way to reduce gold seller bots and accounts. Abuse of this feature could also bring about a temp ban. This would be another addition to features that would help fight bots.
