The objective of the following suggestions are to realign Paragons to fulfil the their primary role as a midline buffer through the following means:
- Streamlining of adrenaline and energy gain by a slight update to Leadership's functionality and overhaul of a selection of skills which are overlooked by mainstream.
- In order to allow chants to be more potent, a new mechanic has been proposed as follows:
Leadership: You gain 2 Energy for each ally affected by one of your Shouts or Chants (maximum 1 Energy for every 2 ranks). You gain 1 strike of adrenaline per 4 ranks whenever a Chant or Echo ends on you in PvE.

Chant. "For 15 seconds, party members in earshot deals 5...25% more damage with their next 0...2 skills against foes with more than 50% health. This chant ends if party member uses a skill targetting an ally."

Shout. "All nearby foes are set on fire for 0...3 seconds. For 2...5 seconds, if your next attack hits a Burning foe, you gain 0...2 strikes of adrenaline."
