Changing Guild Names

There should be an option to be able to change a guild name (maybe a one time free change or even if for a small fee at the guild registrar). I just started playing and I was automatically appointed leader of a guild that I was part of in 2007 by NCSoft as everyone in the guild must have quit. I want to keep the guild but I wanted to just change the name.
