I see a number of people are interested in ways to improve storage of minis. I think the main reason people aren't collecting minis in the game is due to the storage issues that arise. To encourage mini collection, I would love to see a Miniature Keeper NPC.

With a Miniature Keeper, minis could be 'stored' and 'retrieved' across an account the same way Festival Hats can (although preferably WITHOUT an in game cost as currently exists to get a new hat made). Unlike the Festival Hat Keeper, new minis would not be 'made' by the Miniature Keeper; instead, the addition or removal of the mini to this storage would be like a library. If you take it out, it's out until you put it back in, i.e. you can't take out more than one unless you had more than one in 'storage' to begin with. The Miniature Keeper NPC would accept and store both Dedicated and Undedicated minis, and would ideally be able to provide an inventory of the miniatures in 'storage'. To provide consistency in the game, the Miniature Keeper NPC would be in the same locations as the Festival Hat Keeper.

The advantage of using this format is that it already exists in the game, and would just need 'tweaking' as opposed to the creation of an entirely new system.
